Kaizen Laboratories, Inc. (“Kaizen,” “we”, “us” or “our”) is a developer of software solutions designed to help governments provide goods and services to their residents. This Privacy Policy describes how Kaizen processes personal information that we collect through our digital or online properties or services that link to this Privacy Policy (including as applicable, our website and social media pages) as well as our marketing and other activities described in this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”). Kaizen may provide additional or supplemental privacy policies to individuals for specific products or services that we offer at the time we collect personal information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we process on behalf of our business customers (such as municipalities and government agencies) while providing the Kaizen services to them. Our use of information that we process on behalf of our business customers is governed by our agreements with such customers.
